Everything but the Bagel Deviled Eggs

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total: 35 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 Blue Sky Family Farm eggs
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise  
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard or Dijon Mustard (this is your taste preference)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning 

Directions:

  1.  Place the eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water about an inch over the eggs. Bring the water to a boil, and once its boiling cover the pot and remove from the heat. Let the eggs sit in hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. (You can take an egg out and test if its cooked to your liking, If not let sit longer)
  2. Take the eggs out once cooked and place into a large bowl of ice water for 10 minutes.
  3. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl and add in the mayonnaise, cream cheese, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until its smooth.
  4.  Fill the center of each egg with the yolk mixture then top with the bagel seasoning.

** Store in a airtight container for up to 4 days **
