I like to make sure we use the best possible ingredients when making food for our family. We especially love using Blue Sky Family Farms eggs because we know they are a brand we can trust!

Prep Time: 30 Minutes

Cook Time: 60 Minutes

Total: 90 Minutes

Ingredients:

• 10 – Blue Sky Family Farms Eggs
• 1 – Medium Onion
• 1lb – Breakfast Sausage
• 2 – Cups Shredded Cheese
• 7-8 – Slices of Bread

Directions:

Brown the sausage and drain well. Tear the bread into pieces and place into a 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle the onion, sausage, and cheese over the bread. Mix the Blue Sky Family Farm eggs and milk together, then pour over the bread, onion, cheese, and sausage.

 Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set in the middle.
