Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Mashed Sweet Potatoes Cooked
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes. Enjoy & store any leftovers in fridge or freezer!
