Parasol Diapers Review

My son never had an issue with what brand of diapers we were using until he was about 9 months old. He started to get diaper rashes, and then they became more frequent and stubborn. He developed sensitive skin all around, and we started to notice things only getting better after we switch all his products including diapers to more natural brands. We never thought what is on the shelf at the store for babies could have so many irritants and chemicals in them. We really struggled to find the perfect brand of diapers to use. We tried all the name brand natural diapers on the market with some success but none were just the “perfect” fit for him.

I did some more research and came across the brand Parasol. Now, there are a lot of brands out there so what made this brand so special? I decided to give their Baby and Mom essentials kit a try. For $14 it gets you a pack of diapers, trial pack of premium and travel wipes for baby. For mom, it includes trials of their pads, overnight pads, and femme wipes. Parasol really prides themselves on their commitment to safety and providing nontoxic, gentle diapers and wipes. Their diapers are hypoallergenic and free of heavy metals, chemicals, dyes, parabens, phthalates, and latex. All of this was SUPER important to me as my son reacts to almost everything these days. Our pediatrician said once he is potty trained his diaper rash should go away, so keeping him as comfortable as possible and irritation free until then is a huge priority.

We got this trial kit a little over a week ago, and so far he has had minimal to no irritation! Much less than the leading brands we’ve tried. I’m very impressed with the overall quality, and ability to wear overnight leak-free as well which is something I’ve had issues with other brands. Their wipes are just as durable and free of harsh chemicals! I’ve only had to use his diaper cream once over this time period, which on average we had been using 2-3 times a week. We definitely will continue to use these diapers and I hope it only gets better from here! I also feel great knowing they are safe for my son’s sensitive skin and our environment as well. I’m glad I came across this brand and can’t wait to try more of their products. I only wish I had found them sooner!
