10 Must Have Items For Traveling With Baby During The Summer
August 14, 2018/
Taking an end of summer family road trip with baby for the first time? Heading to the state fair or your favorite local festival? How about the beach or the zoo? Whatever it may be, if its hot outside and your baby is tagging along, these Top 10 must have baby items are what every momma needs!
Urbini Reversi Stroller: The Urbini Reversi Stroller offers three stages in one versatile, lightweight stroller. (It can also be used with the Sonti infant car seat with the included adapters for smaller babies.) This stroller grows with your child and you can customize baby’s view point to either face the parent or face outwards. There are 3 different recline options as well which is great for when your child wants to nap! I absolutely love how versatile this stroller is, and how compact it is compared to my bigger Chicco stroller. This makes it much easier to travel with and take anywhere! Plus, there are so many cute colors to choose from! Get yours here: Urbini Reversi Stroller, Red
SkyGenius Clip On Fan: This fans unique design and compact size make for a great stroller fan for those hot summer days! It can be used with a battery or charged with a usb charger and clips on to almost any stroller. We use this fan all the time for our trips to the zoo, the fair, and the beach and it has never let us down! Grab your SkyGenius Clip On Fan
Summer Infant Pop ‘N Jump: We loved having this on our family vacations this summer as well as using it in our own backyard instead of hauling out our huge plastic activity center from the house. Its super lightweight, compact and takes seconds to set up! It folds up into a nice carrying bag similar to a lawn chair. It also features 3-levels of height adjustment so it can grow with your baby. The UV canopy protects baby from the suns harmful rays and can be used or taken off for indoor use. Grab your Summer Infant Pop N’ Jump
Summer Infant Pop and Sit Portable Booster: This travel highchair/booster seat is great for travel. It’s lightweight and sets up in seconds making it less stressful to find a spot to feed your hungry baby! The fabric is easy to clean and the tray is dishwasher safe and BPA free! This product is durable and can be used indoors and outdoors. It also Includes 3-point safety harness and chair safety straps for use on adult chair. Grab your Summer Infant Pop and Sit Portable Booster, Green/Grey
KiddyCare Diaper Bag Backpack: I am the pickiest person when it comes to diaper bags/backpacks. I’ve tried a few other brands that just didn’t hold up in quality or able to hold everything I need. This KiddyCare diaper backpack is spacious, stylish, durable, and yet still compact. I am so glad I found this backpack and I recommend this to anyone looking for this style of diaper bag! They even offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY! How amazing is that! Get your KiddyCare Diaper Backpack
Skip Hop Bottle Cooler Bag: If you and your little pal are headed out for the day, the Skip Hop Grab & Go Double Bottle Bag will keep 2 bottles or sippy cups warm or cold for up to 4 hours. The insulated lining is wipeable, and the bag attaches easily to a stroller. I never leave the house without this cooler bag! Grab your Skip Hop Insulated Cooler
Lessy Messy Diaper Changing Mat: This changing mat has been such a lifesaver! It is the only diaper changing mat that is absorbant, leak-proof, and washer/dryer safe. Do I need to say anymore? Check my Lessy Messy Diaper Mat Review for more info! Grab yours at Lessymessy.com!
Nozone UPF 50+ Sun Protective Baby Blanket: It’s important to protect our babies sweet sensitive skin from the sun, so this UPF 50+ baby blanket is great for covering the baby in the stroller while their napping or wrapping them up on the boat or the beach. Grab your Nozone UPF 50+ Sun Protective Baby Blanket
UPF 50+ Baby Hat: I think this one goes without saying! Any cute UPF Protective hat to help protect your baby’s head from the sun is a necessity when outdoors.
These are great tips, I think some of these items would be super helpful for travelling with a baby regardless of the time of year! Thanks for sharing! xo, Brittany Nicole | http://www.theblistblog.com
I love diaper bags that are back packs so much more portable other than carrying one all over on your hand. We didn’t get to travel this time but will be pinning this for next travels.
I’m not a mom yet but I read study material when I can (lol). I feel like it makes me smarter… But anyway I had no idea SPF protective blankets and hats were a thing! And I never would have thought of using a clip-on fan either. I have one of those for myself, though!
Such a great list! I’m having my first child in October and we plan to take her to the Keys sometime next summer, so this will come in handy! Thank you!
Great tips! I always bought my daughter extra clothes just in case of a weather change. I wish I knew about the stroller fan when my daughter was younger. Thanks for sharing 😊

We have the pop n jump, and it’s a life saver! My baby girl loves the bouncer, so we keep in the trunk and take it everywhere with us.

The clip on fan was a huge benefit when our son was a baby! He didn’t last long in the stroller without one!
