Minute Rice’ Jalapeno Rice Cups – Steak Rice Bowl Recipe
I am taking on a new business opportunity coming up, and my schedule will be getting even busier than it already is! Finding easy, quick, delicious recipes is a must for me and my family. Also, finding recipes that don’t call for a tremendous amount of ingredients makes life a bit easier too.
Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups are my new go-to for easy mix in rice bowls. Minute jalapeño Rice Cups are a tasty blend of onion, green peppers and jalapeños that will help kick your meals up a notch when you’re short on time. I love that I can switch up the flavors by using either steak or chicken depending on my families preference without taking away from the flavor of the rice.
I have taken on the #MixITWithMinute challenge and created a quick rice bowl, with 4 simple ingredients that takes only about 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups
- Flank Steak / Thin Sirloin Steak / or Thin Skinless Chicken breast (depending on preference)
- Cherry Tomatoes – sliced diagonally
- Jalapeno Ranch
Directions:
- Slice your tomatoes diagonally
- Pan sear your steak until cooked
- While your meat is cooking, cook your Minute Rice Cups for 60 seconds in the microwave
- Once steak is cooked, Slice your steak into 3 inch cuts lengthwise
- Mix Rice, steak, and tomatoes into a bowl and drizzle Jalapeño Ranch over top and enjoy!
