Cooking has quickly become one of my passions over the last year. Working from home every day and being home more with my family and kids has shifted us to cook more. We start using different flavors, ingredients, and love finding new recipes and ways to reinvent some of our favorite dishes.

One of my favorite ways to add flavor is 100% extra virgin olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil is created by pressing without heat or chemicals. It is freshly pressed from the juice of olives and adds a robust full flavor to any dish. It has a high smoking point of 400°F which makes it great for cooking with or as a drizzle over your delicious kitchen creations.

I was highly impressed with Flavor Your Life’s 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and how well it cooks and tastes. We use it when cooking almost all of our meals whether its sautéing, making delicious dips for our bread, salads, over veggies, and more! Its so universal and has so many purposes you can’t go wrong. It should honestly be a staple in any kitchen!

When is comes to storing your olive oil, be sure the cap is on air tight, its stored in a dark cool area away from heat so possibly a pantry, and enjoy it within 6 months of opening!
